Contracts Manager

Location: Oldham

Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 DOE + excellent pension (5% employee / 10% employer)

Type: Full-time, Permanent

Are you an experienced Contracts Manager with a background in engineering and a passion for delivering excellent customer service? We are working with an innovative and rapidly growing engineering company based in Oldham, and they’re looking for a talented individual to join their team.

As Contracts Manager, you will play a key role within the projects team, taking ownership of customer orders and ensuring every customer receives the highest level of service. You’ll act as the bridge between our engineering and projects teams and our customers, ensuring contracts are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification.

Your focus will be on:

• Managing customer orders and contracts from receipt through to completion
• Building strong, professional relationships with customers and being their main point of contact
• Working alongside the projects and engineering teams to ensure smooth delivery of all contracts
• Monitoring progress, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and contribute to the company’s ongoing growth

• Has experience in an engineering environment.
• Can demonstrate excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Is highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
