Fabricator welder

Lodestone are proud to support a UK leading manufacturer in their sector. They require several Fabricator Welders and Welders, as they look to expand and double their production on their site in Doncaster.

If you’ve got experience with MIG welding and enjoy getting hands-on with Fabrication Work, you’ll fit right in.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key part of our manufacturing process — building strong, high-quality trailers that our customers rely on. Day to day, you’ll:

• Carry out MIG welding and fabrication on steel based components.
• Fabrication and Welding work on chassis and frames.
• Experience with JIG work would be ideal.
• Work on mild and stainless steel.
• Read and follow technical drawings.
• Use a range of tools — from cutting and drilling gear to welding equipment.

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Solid MIG welding experience (oxy/acetylene skills are a bonus!)
• Apprentice trained or time served (with at least 5 years experience)
• Fabrication work - up to 20mm thick.
• A good understanding of fabrication and safety practices
• The ability to read and work from engineering drawings
• A positive attitude and willingness to help out across the team
