Plater– Days | Medium/Heavy Fabrication

Lodestone Recruitment is recruiting on behalf of an innovative and expanding manufacturing business with a strong reputation for both technical excellence and putting staff first. They are a well established company in heavy engineering, and require high qualified Platers or Fabricators working on mild steel.

What we're looking for:

• Apprentice trained or Time-served as a Plater
• Must be able to mark out, interpret and work to engineering drawings
• Background in medium/heavy engineering
• Experience in fabrication of mild steel from 15mm up.
• Ideally come from Oil & Gas, Defence, Structural Steel, or have done chassis work or similar jig work projects.

What's on offer:

• £39,000 per annum, with plenty of overtime available.
• Regular days: Monday–Friday (early finish Friday)
