Production Operative

Lodestone Recruitment is partnered with a local manufacturing business who is looking for a Production Operative or Technician to join their team. This is a temporary to permanent position working on 3 shift work pattern.

Candidates must have the following experience, although some training can be provided:

• Must have a valid FLT Counterbalance licence.
• Ideally have experience in manufacturing or engineering or work as a Technician would be advantageous but not essential.
• Ideally worked in steel, foundry or similar
• Willingness to learn and develop a career in an exciting business.
• Experience working in fast paced environment.

In return, the company offers the following:

Salary - £25k (rising to £30,150 + 30% shift allowance after 3 months)

Regular overtime

25 days holiday plus stats

Annual Profit share 

Easy parking and good facilities onsite.

Hours of work: Mornings Mon-Fri 6am-2pm, Afternoons Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm, Nights Sun-Wed 10pm-6pm

Start on £25k with incremental increases every 3 months to £30,150 + 30% shift allowance when completed 3 months on agency.
