Project Manager

Are you a Project Manager or have a background in Contracts, project engineer work or similar?

Lodestone Recruitment are currently working in partnership with our client in Oldham who have a requirement for an Project Manager. Our client has some big plans and are seeing record levels of growth. As a key part of the business the Project Manager will be expected to take responsibility for a number of large scale fabrication or machined projects.

In terms of the company they are currently experiencing real growth and investment and this is a great time to be joining an established business!

Candidates should have the following experience to be considered for the role:

• Ideally be apprentice trained in Fabrication or have been a Plater, Welder or Machinist or have a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Experience in Management of customer requirements regarding fabricated or machined projects.
• Be able to work with and interpret complex engineering drawings for heavy engineering sector.
• Previously had responsibility or been involved with Materials Planning and routing of jobs.
• Have experience ideally liaising with clients and sub-contractors to ensure jobs are completed to deadlines.
• Be key part of manufacturing process in regards to project efficiencies and performance delivery.
• Be a strong communicator to ensure customer satisfaction and service is met.
